How do I place an order on your platform?
To place an order, simply browse our products, select the items you want, and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Follow the checkout process to provide shipping details and payment information.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Verve) and transfer.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it enters our fast-processing system. Therefore, modifications or cancellations are not always possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer support immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
When do I receive my order?
When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.
I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled
